Robert Half Talent Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant for an established client in the St. Louis area.
Staff Accountant responsibilities:•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger account reconciliations.
•Prepare monthly journal entries.
•Assist with the analysis of accounts receivable balances.
•Assist with annual audit activities including the preparation of audit schedules.
•Assist with annual budget preparation and monthly variance analysis.
•Participate in continuous improvement and other special projects.
•Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns.
•Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Staff Accountant qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, 2+ years general accounting experience, MS Excel Pivot and VLOOKUP.
