CSS Jr Monitoring Analyst

Role Description

We are excited to welcome a new team member as a CSS Jr Monitoring Analyst to our Security Operations Center (SOC), which operates as a 24x7 Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP). As a CSS Jr Monitoring Analyst, you will transition into a security-focused operational role, supporting three key service areas:

• Identity and Access Management (IAM) - managing user access lifecycles and ensuring secure access to client systems.
• Email Security Monitoring - supporting the management of Microsoft Defender for Office 365 email security policies and quarantine operations.
• Internet Access Support - managing secure web gateway operations and proxy configuration for end-user internet access.

This is a structured, process-driven role with clear procedures and escalation paths and is dedicated to supporting the growth of the Cyber Security Services (CSS) Tower. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and team leaders as you develop your cybersecurity skillset.

Working hours: this role operates under a 24x7 rotating shifts schedule with up to 8.5 hours shifts.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum education requirement: High school studies completed with Baccalaureate diploma.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, for professional communication and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum: 12 months of experience working as a Support Engineer within Stefanini's Remote Operations teams.
• Strong ability to effectively interact with customers, analyze issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement resolution solutions.
• Good troubleshooting skills for user-facing technical issues, encompassing access problems, connectivity issues, and account-related queries.
• Proficiency in handling technical support topics across multiple electronic communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Ability to follow structured operational procedures and document actions clearly and accurately.
• Proficient in managing Incidents & Requests through ticketing systems, ensuring accurate documentation, timely resolution, and appropriate escalation in accordance with established procedures and SLAs.
