GiveMeSport Social Media Specialist

Your Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day publishing across multiple social platforms
- Optimise images, captions, thumbnails and formats for platform performance
- Create engaging social graphics (Photoshop, Canva or similar)
- Edit short-form video content for social distribution
- Monitor performance data and adjust strategy accordingly
- Run structured A/B tests on creative, copy and format
- Identify trending topics and reactive content opportunities
- Collaborate with editorial to maximise story performance
- Explore and implement AI tools to improve ideation, creative production and analysis

Experience and Skills
- Proven experience managing social media accounts at scale, specifically Facebook
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience behaviour
- Ability to create compelling static social imagery
- Basic short-form video editing skills
- Experience using social scheduling and analytics tools
- Strong interest in sport and sports media
- Experience in digital publishing or media
- Familiarity with monetisation strategies across social platforms
- Comfort experimenting with AI tools and automation workflows
