Warehouse Counter / Inventory Support

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:The warehouse counter performs tasks assigned by the warehouse manager which include but are not limited to: activities related to ordering, receiving, storing and distributing materials, equipment, merchandise, supplies and products.JOB ACTIVITIES:Ambassador and spokesperson for the companyWork as a team with other team membersUnderstand and follow all company philosophies, policies and proceduresUnderstand and follow written and verbal instructions givenRepresent the company in a professional mannerComplete required and requested paperwork correctly for the department by due dates givenPerform related work as assignedAttend all required training classesMeet company performance standards per performance reviewsFollow all company safety rules and requirementsManaging and reconciling inventoryMaintain proper inventory process documentationMaintain accurate inventory countsReports discrepancies to warehouse managerDrive company vehicles to supply houses, city buildings, job sites and any other location that many be needed to pick up or deliver material, permits and other items as requestedLabel material and equipmentInventory warehouse and technicians’ trucksStock materials in warehouse as requestedEquipment inventoryGENERAL QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:Experience and Training, Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalentBasic math and reading comprehensionExcellent organization and time-management skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft office including excelKnowledge and understanding of map book utilizationBe capable of driving the vehicles within the Brothers Plumbing & Heating, Inc. truck fleetEssential FunctionsThe ability to lift 80 pounds regularly.The ability to pull 164 lbs. with dolly up flight of stairs.The ability to respond quickly to sounds.The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.The ability to safely climb ladders.The ability to work in extreme weather.Other:Required to sign a Confidentiality agreement with the companyValid Colorado Driver’s LicenseHave and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record in compliance with auto insurance requirementsSuccessfully complete all background checks, drug testing and employment screeningNeatly groomed per dress code policy #J-18808-Ljbffr Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Electric
