Outpatient X-Ray Tech

The outpatient X-Ray Tech will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The position does not require on-call duties. All requests for time off must be submitted during the application process. The facility allows for the cancellation of one shift every two weeks. The patient population includes neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Daily census includes 141 exams. Interdisciplinary support is available. The tech will work with adult and pediatric outpatient services. Candidates must be familiar with infection prevention and isolation precautions. Client safety practices are required.

Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Virginia state license required; any active state license accepted Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Epic and Siemens experience required Travel experience required Experience with the following clinical skills: Upper extremity: AC joints, Clavicle, Elbow, Forearm, Hand, Humerus, Scapula, Shoulder Thumb/finger, Trauma shoulder or Humerus, Trauma upper extremity (non-shoulder), Wrist Lower extremity: Ankle, Calcaneus, Femur, Foot, Knee, Patella, Tibia-fibula, Toes, Trauma lower extremity Head/Chest: Chest AP, Upper Airway, Facial bones, Paranasal sinuses, Skull Spine/Pelvis: Cervical/Lumbar/Thoracic spine, Hip, Pelvis, Sacrum/Coccyx
