Pricing Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities Maintain, audit and manage vendor special pricing (supports) and rebates (CUPS) for assigned customers. Adjust with market changes. Consolidate, request, collect, and approve accrued rebates (CUPS) monthly and investigate differences in amounts requested and received. Ensure purchase orders (POs) contain correct pricing. Maintain, audit and update vendor master file and information. Research and resolve pricing discrepancies when a vendor price confirmation or invoice is different than expected. Aid with entering vendor price increases into appropriate systems and implementing mass price changes. Provide general assistance to the Pricing Department and its functions. Participate in the end–of–month closing processes. Assist with the customer invoicing procedures and tasks to ensure customers are billed correctly and in a timely manner. Qualifications High School Diploma with some advanced education coursework (required), associate’s degree or higher in finance, supply chain, mathematics, general business, or related field (preferred). 2–3 years relatable administrative support experience (preferred). Detail‑oriented mindset with critical thinking skills. Strong initiative and organizational skills. High sense of urgency and decisiveness. The ability to gather, organize, interpret and collate data from multiple sources. Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
