Associate Attorney (Corporate/Real Estate)

Job Description
Innovative Driven is currently seeking a dynamic attorney with at least two years of corporate/business law experience to join the collaborative and inclusive team at a highly-respected, full-service law firm client based in Cleveland, Ohio.
\n \nThis firm is in growth mode, and the role will be a split of complex transactional matters and commercial real estate. It is the perfect opportunity for a candidate who wants to do complex transactional work at a collaborative and congenial firm, without being siloed into a specific practice group!
\n \nThe role will be onsite to begin, but the firm allows a generous hybrid/remote flexibility once the attorney is fully up to speed with his/her practice!
\n \nAdditionally, the firm has highly reasonable billable hour expectations. Bonus eligibility begins when reaching 1500 billable hours!
\n \nRESPONSIBILITIES:
\n- \n
- Negotiate, draft, and edit business contracts and agreements \n
- Manage client files and corporate records, including organizational documents, resolutions, and minutes \n
- Facilitate data rooms for transactional and M&A matters \n
- Prepare and record deeds for commercial property transactions \n
- Create and maintain lease abstracts \n
- Complete annual report filings with various states, ensuring ongoing compliance requirements \n
- Conduct due diligence for transactional and commercial real estate deals \n
- Collaborate with senior attorneys \n
REQUIREMENTS:
\n- \n
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school \n
- Active Admission to practice law in Ohio \n
- At least 2 years of corporate/business law experience from within a law firm \n
- Experience with all Microsoft Office and 365 and Outlook \n
