Description The Finance Operations organization works with every part of Amazon to provide operations accounting and operations excellence services with the highest level of controllership at the lowest cost to the company. Key job responsibilities Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To Processing invoices and analyzing claims in Workday Maintain Accuracy levels of above 99%. Able to meet the productivity target set. Vendor Statement preparation/reconciliation Credits and Returns research Payment holds research processing Quality check for invoices processed Basic Qualifications MBA Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level Experience in finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
