Location: Remote, US-based (onsite for events throughout the year) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hire Salary: $100K-$125K Benefits: Eligible for health, dental, vision, and 401(k)

Position Overview

The Senior Event Producer supervises and coordinates all aspects of an event from conception to execution, working closely with creative, art, and technical directors to translate ideas into real-world experiences.

Key Accountabilities

Creative Concepting & Integration

• Participate in early-stage ideation with creative, art, and technical directors to generate concepts and brainstorm ideas
• Develop the plan for executing those ideas
• Review and edit project and event proposals from other team members to ensure feasibility and execution logistics

Coordinate Vendors

• Contract vendors and staffing of all kinds, from venues and AV equipment to labor, specialty catering, entertainment, and talent
• Ensure the creative concept is executed by hiring the right vendors, talent, and technical staff for the needs of the project, in line with the client's expectations

Manage Budgets

• Develop and oversee the event's production budget
• Review proposals for cost and profitability throughout ideation, keeping the budget front of mind when vetting and selecting vendor estimates
• Contract vendors and hire staff and talent in a way that aligns with the event budget

Responsibilities

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years as an event producer or production manager
• Experience with client communication
• Agency experience
