We are seeking a self-driven Account Manager who is eager to make an impact and solve complex challenges based in Austin. Responsibilities Promote MCC products and unique value proposition to assigned customers. Establish active listening skills to identify customer pain points and align MCC strength while adapting to market dynamics Develop account strategy to identify key growth areas and attack plans to address issues and drive organic revenue Meet sales budget (Booking/Billing) Take ownership on periodic customer business review Ability to apply critical and systemic thinking while proactively problem solving Conduct essential analysis including TAM, Market trend, Competition landscape, Capacity analysis and provide feedback to the respective product teams.
