Position Overview
We are currently in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ophthalmologist with a specialization in Glaucoma to join our growing Ophthalmology department. We are looking for a collaborative team member to become part of our well-respected and established practice.
Position Details:
The practice includes fellowship-trained specialists in retina, cornea, glaucoma, and oculoplastics.
All necessary technology is available, with the option to acquire any additional equipment as needed.
Service locations will include New Britain and Wethersfield, CT.
Resources are coordinated, and expertise is shared among the team.
Comprehensive administrative and care management support is provided.
Qualifications:
Must be eligible to obtain a Connecticut medical license prior to starting practice.
Board Certification/Eligibility and a DEA license are required.

Compensation Details:
Salary Range: $400,000-$450,000 with potential for additional earnings
Attractive sign-on bonus available
The stated compensation range is based on industry standards, and final salary determinations will consider various factors, including years of experience, individual performance, quality metrics, and job location.
