Job Skills / Requirements

Sunstates Security is currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Security Officers in the Newburgh, NY area. Afternoon and overnight positions are available. Must be available to work weekends. These positions offer a pay rate of $20.00/hr, paid weekly.

Requirements:

• NY State Security Guard License
• Prior security experience
• Good customer service skills
• Professional appearance
• Must be Covid vaccinated
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prepare written reports
• Immunizations and physical needed (will discuss upon interview)

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

Education Requirements (All)

High School diploma or equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

Drivers License NY State Security Guard License
