As a full-time contract OT, you’ll deliver vital services and support tailored to a diverse student population, collaborating closely with educators, families, and other professionals to enhance student success and independence.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience working in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to develop, implement, and adapt treatment plans for varied student needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dedicated to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for students of all abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify student needs and barriers to learning and participation
• Develop individualized intervention plans and track student goals and progress
• Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students, both one-on-one and in small groups
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, support staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students
• Offer guidance and resources to educators and families for classroom adaptations or home support
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
