Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT license (or eligibility) for Washington State
• Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 populations
• Knowledge of IEP process and legal requirements for school-based OT
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage a diverse and dynamic caseload
• Organizational skills for documenting student progress and maintaining compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across a district caseload, grades K-12
• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized intervention plans
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Develop and implement strategies to support fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills within the educational environment
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate OT supports into the classroom
• Communicate clearly with parents and guardians regarding student goals and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all school and state policies
