Sales Specialist

Sales Specialists help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering a range of product options, providing samples, and recommending solutions—including installation and related services. They listen to customer needs, address concerns, and highlight promotions and financing options. By understanding local competitors and communicating HomeDepot’s advantages, they guide customers through every step, set clear expectations, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. Sales Specialists are expected to meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and safe, and work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service while actively monitoring inventory to support a seamless shopping experience.
