Description - Your Role

• Conduct both standard and complex clinical laboratory assessments across areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology while adhering to established procedures.
• Ensure precision and integrity in results, address discrepancies, and maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Assist with sample collection and organize specimens for testing as required.
• Meticulously document every procedure, nurture new staff through training, and contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness in the workplace while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within a year of your hiring date.
• Maintaining your certification throughout your employment.
