Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
- Graduate degree (Master’s or higher) in School Psychology or a related field
- Experience with psychological assessment, intervention strategies, and counseling in a school environment
- Strong understanding of federal and state regulations relating to special education programs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
- Adaptable to working with diverse student populations and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to assist in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect psychological services to students, including individual and group counseling
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective interventions and supports
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations and timelines
- Participate in problem-solving teams and multi-disciplinary meetings
- Support crisis intervention, behavior management plans, and positive behavioral support initiatives
- Promote mental health awareness and programs within the school community
