Facility Type: SNF/LTC.

Contract: 10 weeks

Shift: 8 Hours (Evening Shift Available) (Every Weekend Required)

Pay Range: $38-40/HR.

Requirements:

Must be LPN licensed in State / or Compact License (Multi-States License)
BLS/CPR Required
Covid Card Preferred
1-2 years of experience in long term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation in-patient facility.
