Enterprise Operations Manager Unissant is seeking an Enterprise Operations Manager to join the team in support of a Federal IT services program. The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading technical engineering managers, technical leads, and teams responsible for enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity operations in a large and complex Federal environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead technical engineering managers, leads, and teams responsible for enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services for a Federal organization supporting at least 2000 users. Provide strategic oversight for enterprise operations, ensuring stability, resilience, performance, and security of enterprise systems. Drive technical innovation, modernization, and operational improvement initiatives across infrastructure and cybersecurity service areas. Ensure the successful operation of enterprise platforms in a complex, heterogeneous environment. Communicate operational priorities, risks, performance, and modernization initiatives effectively to stakeholders and leadership. Work Experience and Job Skills 10+ years experience with at least five years of experience leading technical engineering managers, leads, and teams responsible for all IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services in a Federal organization supporting at least 2000 users. Demonstrated ability to provide strategic oversight, drive technical innovation and modernization, and lead technical teams in a complex environment. Proven ability to ensure the stability and security of enterprise systems. Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills. Education Bachelor's Degree is required. Preferred field of study in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field of study. MBA/Master's Degree in a relevant field of study preferred. Certificates, Licenses and Registrations Relevant infrastructure and cybersecurity certifications preferred. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written skills, ability to present proposals and performance data, comfortable interfacing all levels of organization. Ability to write clear and concise creative content in a highly confidential manner. Travel Travel may be required based on client and program needs. Mainly a routine office environment. May be required to lift up to ten (10) pounds. Flexible in working extended hours.
