Custom Cabinet Builders / Carpenters
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Custom Cabinet Builders / Carpenters for projects located in or around Afton, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Cabinet Maker and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
- Building custom cabinetry
- Detailed finish work
- Executing builds based on experience & skill (not step-by-step prints)
- Ensuring top-quality finishes & attention to detail on all work
- Collaborating with a team that values quality, pride in work & culture
Requirements:
- Must have a strong background in custom cabinetry or high end woodworking
- Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have proven experience with detailed finish-level work & trim
- Must have solid problem solving skills & craftsmanship mindset
- Must have own hand tools (power tools provided)
- Must have a positive attitude & strong work ethic
