IT Data Analyst

This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Chief Readiness Support Officer (OCRSO). The primary purpose of this position is to identify, collect, and analyze data, performing data extracts, conducting analysis, briefing results to stakeholders, and generating reports using visual applications and analytical software tools. Non-BU : This is a non-bargaining unit position. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Specialized Experience: You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal government, performing duties such as: Designs, develops, and delivers analytical objects and reports using mathematical and statistical analysis using business intelligence technologies. Formulates studies, summaries, and substantive analysis utilizing source date collection systems. Works with program and policy owners to translate business processes into systems and data requirements; AND Conducts data quality and completeness Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level. All qualifications and eligibility requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement.
