Property Accountant (882292) Tukwila, Washington Salary: USD30 - USD50 per hour + DOE Beacon Hill Financial is partnering with a respected organization in the affordable housing and property management industry to identify four Property Accountants for a contract opportunity in Tukwila, WA. We're seeking accounting professionals with strong property accounting experience and hands-on Yardi expertise who can quickly contribute in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform monthly account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy Prepare and post journal entries Assist with month-end and year-end close activities Review financial statements and supporting schedules Analyze variances and research accounting discrepancies Support property-level accounting, cash management, and reporting Maintain financial and tenant records within Yardi Partner with property management and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting Qualifications 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in property management, real estate, housing, or a related industry Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and account reconciliations Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Yes, I am currently eligible to work (work permit/visa/citizenship) in the country to which I am applying.
