Role Description The Landscape Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Oaklyn, NJ, responsible for overseeing daily landscaping operations and crews. This role manages scheduling, task assignments, and quality control for landscape maintenance, irrigation, design, and construction projects. The Landscape Manager coordinates materials and equipment, ensures compliance with safety standards, and monitors project progress to meet client expectations and timelines. Day‑to‑day activities include supervising field staff, providing hands‑on support on job sites, communicating with clients regarding project scope and updates, and resolving issues as they arise. The role also involves training team members, maintaining records of work completed, and collaborating with leadership to improve processes and services. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Landscape Maintenance and Landscape Management for overseeing crews and ensuring high-quality work. Candidates should possess practical experience with Irrigation systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and seasonal maintenance. Candidates should possess abilities in Landscape Design, including interpreting plans and coordinating layouts with clients and team members. Candidates should possess hands‑on experience in Landscape Construction, including hardscaping, planting, and site preparation. Relevant skills such as team leadership, scheduling, and project coordination are beneficial. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are important. Experience operating landscaping equipment and tools, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record are preferred.
