Responsibilities Arrange spa appointments while greeting and accommodating guests. Facilitate guest arrival and departure in the spa. Respond to all interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Maintain direct contact with guests and demonstrate good communication skills. Work a flexible schedule, including morning/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications And Skills One to two years previous experience in a supervisory level position within a luxury Spa preferred. Good command of the English language. Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
