What We're Looking For: We need a culinary leader who takes ownership of their work, works well with others, and is genuinely passionate about food. If you have fine dining experience and love creating high-quality, memorable meals, you're the perfect fit!
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure every dish is prepared with care, creativity, and excellence.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and operating smoothly.
- Manage inventory, food cost analysis, and menu planning.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and assisted living dining standards.
- Be a team playerfilling in where needed to keep things running smoothly.
