Are you passionate about coffee and love working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment? Scooter's Coffee (The Chubby Bean LLC), located in beautiful Bradenton, FL (SR-64), is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Barista to join our team! If you thrive on creating memorable customer experiences and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Do As a Barista at The Chubby Bean, your day will be filled with exciting opportunities to make someone's day a little brighter (and a little more caffeinated!). Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages with precision and care.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure every guest feels welcome and appreciated.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, even during busy rushes.
- Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion.
- Manage cash drawer, following established cash handling procedures.
- Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
