Role: General Manager – Upscale Casual Restaurant Group

Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 Base Salary (Based on Experience) + Bonus + Benefits

Position Overview

The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest experience, team development, financial performance, and maintaining a strong culture of hospitality and accountability

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily restaurant operations
• Develop and mentor managers and hourly team members
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall financial performance
• Maintain exceptional standards of service, food quality, and hospitality
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture
• Build strong relationships with guests and the surrounding community
• Partner with culinary leadership to ensure consistency and execution

Qualifications

• Minimu m 5 years of General Manager experien ce in upscale casual or polished dining environments
• Demonstrated success managing restaurants generatin g at least $7 million in annual revenue
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labor controls, and financial reporting
• Experience leading large teams and developing future leaders
• High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and communication skills
• Proven ability to thrive in busy, guest-focused environments
• Stable career progression with respected hospitality organizations preferred

Compensation & Benefits
