Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the sports bar, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
Lead and develop the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
Manage inventory and ordering processes, maintaining optimal stock levels for food and beverage services.
Implement and maintain high standards of service and operational excellence.
Plan and coordinate large sporting events, maximizing guest engagement and revenue.
Work closely with upper management to strategize and support the growth of the company.

Requirements

Proven experience in a management role within a high-volume restaurant or sports bar environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar programs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
