Midwestern IT is currently hiring Entry-Level Business Analysts for multiple client projects across the United States.

Eligibility

• U.S. Citizen (USC)

• Green Card Holder (GC)

• Green Card EAD (GC EAD)

• H4 EAD (Valid EAD Required)

Experience

• 0 5 years of experience

• Freshers are encouraged to apply

• Experienced Business Analyst professionals are also welcome

• Career gaps are acceptable

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (any discipline)

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn and grow as a Business Analyst

• Knowledge of Business Analysis concepts is a plus

• Familiarity with SQL, Excel, Jira, Agile/Scrum, Visio, or Tableau/Power BI is an advantage but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs

• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)

• Assist in preparing user stories and process flow diagrams

• Support communication between business teams and technical teams

• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement

• Support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Ensure project requirements are clearly documented and delivered on time
