Dietary Aide / Kitchen Sanitation Worker

Job Duration: 12 months

Job Duties:

• Assist with dietary stock deliveries, kitchen janitorial duties such as moping, scrubbing kitchen floors, deliming dish machine, clean all refrigerators within facility, defrost freezers, clean kitchen walls, doors, window seals and sinks.
• Assist in preparing, set up and serve food for residents at Glasgow State Nursing Facility
• This position will also assist with tray line (dipping meals on resident trays) delivery of meals to resident units.
