Transplant Coordinator

Working Hours: 8a - 4p M-F; w/night and weekend call Summary The Coordinator is a Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating care for Pre/Post Transplant Patients. They ensure the continuity of patient care through effective communication with the multi-disciplinary team across all areas of transplant services. They utilize an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient’s age-specific needs and deliver appropriate treatment. Other information

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of an accredited state approved school/college of Nursing Active, unencumbered RN license from the Arkansas State Board of Nursing A minimum of 2 years experience as an RN. Critical Care or Cardiology or Telemetry experience preferred. Requires the ability to take call for patient support Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
