Key responsibilities Own strategy, growth, and business outcomes for the employer market segment Lead and develop high-level sales professionals responsible for mid-market employer growth Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth vectors to accelerate market expansion Required qualifications 15+ years of experience leading B2B employer healthcare sales teams in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of driving revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment Experience selling complex healthcare, benefits, or enterprise solutions Strong ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive market growth Experience building relationships with employer decision-makers, healthcare consultants, and brokers
