Team members contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and customer-focused engineering. Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in Duluth, GA. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and providing product information and technical support in coordination with engineering and operations teams. The Inside Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with distributors and end customers, follow up on leads, and support account management activities to drive sales growth. Daily responsibilities include tracking opportunities in CRM systems, ensuring timely responses to customer requests, and collaborating with the external sales team to meet revenue and service targets. The role requires consistent communication, accuracy in documentation, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Qualifications Demonstrated Inside Sales skills, including managing inquiries, preparing quotes, and closing opportunities. Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to respond promptly, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships. Lead Generation and Account Management experience, including identifying new opportunities and supporting ongoing customer accounts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical product features clearly. Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry and reporting. Experience with SAP is preferred. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior experience in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing sales is preferred.
