Quality Engineer III

Primary Skills: Document Control [intermediate], SAP [beginner], ISO 13485 [intermediate], FDA QSRs [intermediate], MS Office Suite [advanced] Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 12+ Months Location: Santa Clara, CA 95054 (Onsite) Pay Range: 50.00 – 56.50 per hour on W2 Job Summary: This role focuses on supporting design transfer activities by generating and refining technical documentation. The Quality Engineer will collaborate with R&D and other departments to transition designs into operational instructions and manage all associated quality documents. A key aspect involves identifying and implementing quality improvements by ensuring root causes of issues are resolved and corrective actions are implemented. Key Responsibilities: Author and revise technical documents for design transfer. Translate technical information into clear work instructions. Develop new layouts for manufacturing process documents. Input part numbers and Bill of Materials into MRP software. Drive cross-functional documentation projects. Must-Have Skills: Experience with Design Control processes. Proficiency in creating manufacturing documentation. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) manufacturing industry is required.
