Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Front Desk Responsibilities

• Welcome all walk-in customers and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Create a positive first impression for every client entering the agency.
• Assist customers with basic questions and connect them with the appropriate team member.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Phone & Administrative Support

• Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties.
• Support the agency team with day-to-day office operations.

Professional Development

• Learn agency systems, insurance terminology, and customer service best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Build the skills necessary for future advancement opportunities within the agency.

Requirements

• Travel to and work full time in our Burleson, TX Agency location
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, receptionist, or administrative role
