Work Environment

The Physical Therapist position is based in an outpatient office setting in Manassas, VA. Working onsite, you will benefit from a collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork and communication. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients through comprehensive assessments to identify their physical capabilities and limitations, crafting tailored treatment plans in collaboration with referring physicians.
• Implement and administer a variety of physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation regarding patient progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Provide education and training for patients and their caregivers, empowering them to manage their conditions and ensure adherence to treatment regimens.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service through effective communication, relationship-building, and responsiveness to enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current state licensure in Virginia for Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on establishing rapport with patients and families.
• Proficiency in word processing and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Texoma Care Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
