Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live virtual therapy sessions for adults using an effective range of therapeutic modalities to address individual emotional and psychological challenges.
• Utilize innovative assessment tools and techniques to evaluate patient progress, guiding adjustments in treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation in our streamlined, therapist-friendly system, adhering to both legal and ethical standards while ensuring timeliness.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary leadership team to consult on complex cases, share insights, and actively contribute to ongoing program development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with adults who present a wide range of mental health needs, from anxiety and depression to trauma and stress-related disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in a mental health-related discipline (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• An active, unencumbered license to practice independently in the state of California. Additional licenses are considered an asset.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, including at least one year of independent practice with adult populations.
• Proficient in employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other relevant modalities.
• Strong affinity for leveraging digital platforms in the therapeutic process, enhancing client engagement and adherence to treatment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a community health setting or telehealth environment is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
