Regional Sales Manager, AD Systems & Unicel Architectural - Kansas City, MO; Wichita Kansas or Minneapolis, Minnesota

Allegion is expanding our team, and we’re looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to represent our AD Systems and Unicel Architectural product lines across the Central Midwest U.S. This role covers: NE, KS, MO, IA, MN, IL (excluding Chicago), ND, and SD. Ideal candidate will live near a large Metro airport in the territory to easily travel within the market.

What You Will Do:

• Partner with architects to drive specifications and deliver product education, including AIA presentations
• Build relationships with glaziers and support them throughout the project cycle
• Engage with end-users to increase product visibility and influence project decisions
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings
• Utilize CRM tools including Microsoft Dynamics to manage your territory and pipeline

What You Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience calling on architects
• Knowledge of glass and aluminum systems (preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel up to 40%
• Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable working independently

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

• The total expected annual salary for this role includes a base compensation of $85,000-120,000 plus a bonus of up to 30% of the base compensation, for a total expected compensation range of $110,500 – $156,000.
