Job Summary This position is a fixed‑term assignment through the end of December 2026. The role offers full‑time hours, benefits, training, and a potential transition to a regular employee based on performance and business needs. This position will work a 12‑hour shift on nights on a 2‑2‑3 schedule from 5:45 PM to 6:00 AM. The hourly rate is $20.65 with a $1.00 shift differential for the night shift. In this role you will work as part of a collaborative manufacturing team producing high‑quality components used in life‑saving healthcare products. You will rotate through multiple production functions, learn new skills, and contribute to a safe, fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate molding and trimming equipment. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Process, package, and prepare products for shipment. Maintain accurate production documentation. Support a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Work as part of a team to meet production goals. Education High School Diploma or GED required. Work Experience No minimum experience required. At least one year of manufacturing experience is preferred. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred. Willingness to learn and rotate through different job functions. Ability to train and support coworkers when needed. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Basic computer skills, including the use of a keyboard and mouse. Experience using computer‑based production systems such as SAP is beneficial. Basic math skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Travel Requirements 5%: Up to 13 business days per year. Physical Requirements Medium‑exerting up to 50 lb/22 kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lb/9 kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lb/4 kg of force constantly to move objects.
