Lead Registered Nurse IV & Wellness

Required Skills You have current exceptional IV skills; this is not an entry level IV role, you may start up to 16 IVs within a shift. You are available 3‑4 days a week (Monday's the studio is closed). You are or will be comfortable working in a retail setting where sales metrics play an important role of this position. You have two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, surgery centers, L&D, Med‑Surg, ICU). ER/Pre‑Op can be the most beneficial settings for IV experience. You have at least one year of experience administering injections. You are BLS (Basic Life Support) certified. You’re comfortable and proficient using electronic medical records to document client details. You maintain a non‑judgemental outlook and have a demonstrated ability to work with a diverse clientele. Your verbal and written communication skills are on point. You value ethics and integrity. You embrace a team environment and also excel at working independently. You’re willing to adhere to all policies and procedures and understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance. Administrative Duties Managing a team of Hyper Wellness nurses by performing monthly chart audits, hosting regular nurse meetings, and training/assessing all new RN hires at your location. Attend corporate‑led monthly nurse calls. Disseminate policy updates and act as a liaison between the corporate team and your location. Oversee the ordering and inventory of medical supplies bi‑weekly. Regularly assess the nursing staff to ensure the utmost quality of skill level and best practice is performed. Clinical Duties Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections to deliver our menu of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Educate clients on the qualities and benefits of our IV Drips and Intramuscular Injection ingredients. Administer Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions. Utilize blood test offerings to help clients optimize their wellness. Sell memberships and medical services, based on client needs. Document client visits through the use of electronic medical records. Address and answer client questions using the Restore’s nursing resources. Communicate to the medical compliance team any issues or adverse effects that clients experience. Assist the manager in medical team hiring or firing. Provide therapeutic communication along with exceptional customer service. Assist staff with other studio services. Participate in community outreach, concierge nursing events, and special projects. This position reports to the Restore Studio Manager. Extras That Will Help Management or charge nurse experience. Experience outside of nursing in retail, sales, or restaurant.
