Postdoctoral Fellowship in the Integrative Treatment of OCD (Fall 2025) OCD Associates is a practice that specializes in the treatment of OCD and other anxiety disorders, using a combination of Rumination-Focused ERP and psychoanalytic psychotherapy. Our postdoctoral fellowship provides intensive training and supervision in both of these approaches. It is intended for individuals who are already thoroughly trained in ERP and want to sharpen and deepen their understanding and treatment of OCD and other anxiety disorders. The position also offers: A supportive, collaborative team of caring, idealistic therapists Administrative support so you can focus on clinical work The ability to work from home Respect for work-life boundaries Job Description Job description (all virtual): 25 sessions weekly 2 hours of individual supervision weekly 1-2 hours of didactics weekly Participation in a yearlong psychoanalytic training program Personal weekly psychoanalytic therapy (subsidized by practice) Compensation: $70K (W-2) 401(k) with 4% match Health, dental, and vision insurance Subsidization of personal psychoanalytic therapy Qualifications Candidates must have at least one year of supervised experience, and have treated a minimum of 10 patients, using ERP.
