Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., a privately-held company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Lease Administrator within the Real Estate Department. This is a full-time, hourly (non-exempt) position located at Hobby Lobby's corporate campus in Oklahoma City. The Lease Administrator is a part of the Real Estate Department and will be responsible for maintaining Hobby Lobby and Mardel store leases, subleases and corporate campus leases as well as providing support to the Real Estate team and other departments within the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Preparing lease abstracts and maintain accurate lease records in Tango.
- Administering lease agreements, amendments, renewal and related documentation.
- Assist with monitoring, reviewing and approving all Rent, CAM, Taxes and Insurance payments to Landlords, including reviewing leases to insure accuracy of all charges.
- Partnering with Accounting, Property Management, Audit, Property Tax, Landlords and Tenants to ensure accurate lease administration.
- Preparing commencement agreements, landlord notice changes and other lease related correspondence.
- Maintain file systems both hard copies and scanned documents.
- Sort and distribute daily mail.
- Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned.
- Tracking lease documents.
