Job Description: The Lease Analyst is responsible for assisting the Sr. Analyst with all responsibilities related to the maintenance of lease records and works under moderate supervision to ensure land obligations are met in a timely manner. This individual will be responsible for research related to owner inquiries, land system updates and special projects as needed. Responsibilities Set up new leases and contracts in computer system Assist with maintaining changes in mineral, royalty and working interest ownership at various depths in lease records system Assist with Acquisitions and/or Divestitures Prepare exhibits for assignments, releases and other various land related documents when requested Prepare, monitor, and circulate monthly obligation and expiration calendars to Land Department Qualifications Experience with integrated land computer systems, Quorum a plus Good organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to perform duties with a high level of accuracy Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to interact with team members at all levels of the organization Ability to research information, with good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Team player and the ability to adapt to a changing environment Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of oil and gas in Oklahoma, Texas panhandle and Kansas a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr MACH RESOURCES LLC
