Lead CT Technologist

The role involves providing high-quality, safe diagnostic imaging services with a focus on patient care, equipment setup, and independent procedure execution. Responsibilities include verifying orders, assessing patient history, administering contrast media, ensuring proper patient identification, reviewing images, responding to emergencies, and maintaining patient privacy and comfort. Technicians must perform advanced protocols like TAVR, Cardiac CTA, and lung screenings, while mentoring colleagues and managing departmental workflows. Leadership duties encompass optimizing patient throughput, managing supplies, participating in meetings, and supporting staff development and compliance. Strong communication, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. Qualifications include completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT certification in Radiography and CT, BLS certification, with at least 2 years of clinical experience and 1 year in CT.
