This contract role offers the opportunity to work across two sites in the Phoenix, AZ, area, delivering 150 minutes of direct therapy services per month. You’ll play a crucial role in helping students improve their mobility, access their education, and reach important developmental milestones.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Arizona, or eligibility to obtain
• Experience working with pediatric patients or in a school-based setting preferred
• Knowledge of IEP documentation and collaboration with educational teams
• Ability to manage a flexible caseload across multiple locations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and staff
• Passion for fostering growth, independence, and confidence in young learners

Typical Responsibilities:

• Provide direct PT services weekly, ensuring a total of 150 minutes per month across two schools
• Evaluate and assess students’ physical needs, functional abilities, and progress toward therapy goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with IEP teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions and student outcomes
• Educate staff, teachers, and families on mobility strategies and adaptive equipment
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and consultations as necessary
