Responsibilities This full- or part-time food service role supports the supervisor with daily store duties and elevates the overall customer experience. You're a role model for your barista team, directing them throughout the day to keep everything going smoothly. When the supervisor is unavailable, you step into the team leader position and assume the essential management duties. You keep customer service at the forefront, and you proactively seek out ways we can optimize our hospitality processes and improve satisfaction. Qualifications 18+ years old 6+ months of leadership experience in a high-volume coffee shop or similar food service environment Willingness to be cross-trained in food prep techniques Ability to learn and master new recipes Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some opening, closing, and weekend shifts Drive-thru experience is a plus! We're open weekdays and weekends, with shifts starting as early as 5:00 am and ending as late as 8:30 pm. Having an open availability on weekends greatly enhances our ability to ensure excellent service and maintain operational efficiency.
