Are you a detail-driven project manager with experience in roofing and windows? Do you thrive on running organized, efficient jobs while delivering a top-tier customer experience? At The Third Estimate, we're looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of residential exterior projects-from takeoffs and ordering to scheduling, walkthroughs, and final completion.

What You'll Be Doing:

Own the Project - Manage roofing and windows jobs from kickoff through completion
Takeoffs & Ordering - Accurately measure, estimate, and order all materials
Scheduling - Coordinate crews, deliveries, and timelines to keep jobs on track
Budget Management - Monitor costs, control job profitability, and avoid overages
Customer Experience - Communicate clearly with homeowners and ensure satisfaction
Job Walkthroughs - Conduct pre-construction meetings and final inspections
Problem Solving - Address issues in real time to prevent delays or callbacks
Cross-Team Collaboration - Work closely with sales, production, and customer service

What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years experience in roofing and/or window project management
• Strong knowledge of takeoffs, materials, and installation processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accountability
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record

$45,000 to $55,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
