Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking an EDI / ERA Enrollment Specialist for a healthcare-focused client. This individual will play a critical role in managing payer enrollments and ensuring accurate and timely setup of EDI and ERA processes within clearinghouse platforms such as Waystar. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, experienced in troubleshooting enrollment issues, and capable of independently managing multiple accounts. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external payers to resolve discrepancies, ensure compliance, and optimize claims and remittance workflows. Strong communication, analytical skills, and prior clearinghouse experience will set candidates up for success in this fast-paced environment.
Must have:
- Enrollment in remit and claims experience
- Strong preference to see Waystar experience
- Familiar with how to enroll EDIs and EFTs.
Nice to have:
- Work group experience in Waystar
- setting up the work groups in Waystar
- monitoring the work groups in Waystar
- working rejected and denial claims in Waystar
- Enrolling to submit claims and get remits back in other similar systems/clearing house (ie: Availity)
