The Rebate Analyst is primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of client rebate payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while interpreting contract terms and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Pay : Starting at $27 - 32 an hour based on experience

Status: Long Term Consultant. Long term consultant, no end date, with good job stability. There is always potential for conversion to FTE status with the client for the right employee upon business needs. Almost all of the positions within this client start off as a consultant due to being a Fortune 100 company.

Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately Job Duties:

• Manage the end-to-end execution of rebate disbursements for an assigned client portfolio
• Interpret client contracts and rebate terms to ensure accurate and timely payments
• Serve as a subject matter expert on rebate agreements and resolve related issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality Control, Rebate Analytics, Billing, FP&A, Legal, Underwriting, Client Management) to analyze variances and implement process improvements
• Respond to internal and external inquiries through research and data analysis
• Identify process inefficiencies and support initiatives to enhance workflows and operational controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience in financial operations, rebate administration, payment processing, or related analytical roles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines

Highly Preferred

• Large corporation experience
• Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience
• Experience using SQL
