Highlights Location: Red Bank, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You’ll Do Develop and implement a strategic plan for Perioperative Services. Analyze data and leverage technology to optimize processes and enhance patient outcomes. Oversee daily operations of Surgical Services, ensuring efficient resource allocation and budgetary compliance. Foster a positive work environment, empowering the team to achieve their full potential. Build strong relationships with surgeons, physicians, and administrative staff. Drive a culture of safety and quality, enhancing patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. Participate in shared governance and patient safety initiatives. Lead and inspire the team through periods of change, communicating organizational objectives.
